Serves 4

1 pack of prosciutto

1 box of arugula

2 tubs of buffalo mozzarella stored in liquid

2 tomatoes

1 tub of fresh Ontario blueberries

Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

Wash arugula. Slice prosciutto length-wise so you get long thin pieces. Slice mozzarella in ½ inch thick circular pieces. Dice tomatoes. Mix everything together in a big wooden bowl and dress. It.
